Participation Procedure

1. Fill out the OSA online application form and pay the participation fee.

Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Once payment has been confirmed, your participation will be officially registered. Please note that once payment has been made, the participation fee cannot be refunded.

2. After receiving the email confirming your application, please send the sample of your entry as instructed.

Regarding sample submission, we recommend that you use a company designated by us to transport the samples, but participants are also welcome to arrange transportation themselves. When applying, please select the method of how you would like to submit your entry.

Participation Fee and Shipping of Sake
EntriesFor each entry, you will be asked to provide four tasting samples (720ml or 750ml) or six (500ml) bottles.Small bottles are also available for entries in the sparkling wine category only.(For entries in the 300ml-375ml category, eight bottles of each will be required.)
We will contact you separately with the official address before the sample shipping date.

Method ( 1 ) : When the exhibited sake is transported by a company designated by us

Entry fee + shipping fee: HK$2,200 / entry

The sake will be sent to: a designated warehouse in Japan.
The date of sending: mid-June 2026. The sake
will be transported and stored at refrigerated temperatures of 0-5°C by a designated company.

Method (2): If the entry is shipped directly to Hong Kong,
entry fee: HK$1,500 per entry

Delivery location: Hong Kong designated warehouse
Delivery date: Early July 2026
