Participation Procedure & Fees

Participation Procedures

Step 1 — Payment of Participation Fee

All participants are required to complete the payment of the participation fee by credit card. Your participation will only be officially confirmed upon successful payment.

Please note that all participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been completed.

Step 2 — Submission of Entry Information

After your payment has been successfully confirmed, you will receive an email containing a unique submission link for your sake entries.

Please follow the link provided in the email to complete and submit all required entry details, including product information and specifications, within the designated timeframe.

Step 3 — Shipment of Sake Samples

Participants are required to arrange shipment of their sake samples according to the instructions below.

We recommend using the designated logistics company appointed by the organizer to ensure proper handling and temperature control. However, participants may also choose to arrange their own shipment if preferred. Please indicate your preferred submission method during the application process.

Participation Fee & Sample Requirements

Each entry requires submission of tasting samples as follows:

  • 720ml / 750ml bottles: 4 bottles
  • 500ml bottles: 6 bottles
  • 300ml – 375ml bottles: 8 bottles (Only allowed for samples of Sparkling Sake Category)

The official delivery address will be provided separately prior to the sample shipping period.

Shipping Methods

Method (1) — Designated Logistics (Japan Delivery)

Fee: HK$2,200 per entry (inclusive of entry fee and shipping)

  • Shipment destination: Designated warehouse in Japan
  • Shipping period: Mid-June 2026
  • Handling: Samples will be transported and stored under controlled refrigerated conditions (0–5°C) by the designated logistics provider

Method (2) — Direct Shipment to Hong Kong

Fee: HK$1,500 per entry (entry fee only; shipping arranged by participant)

  • Delivery destination: Designated warehouse in Hong Kong
  • Delivery period: Early July 2026
